Tiburon LawRECORDS is designed as an integrated, modular solution, providing the foundation to fully automate law enforcement operations. From incident tracking to crime analysis and case management to state reporting, Tiburon LawRECORDS supports records processing from the entry of an event from dispatch through closing and assignment of a final disposition.
A single-entry concept is supported; when a user enters or updates information, the system automatically disseminates the information and updates all pertinent files. RMS supports data input from sources such as computer aided dispatch, field reporting, or ancillary technology such as hand held citation devices or mugshot capture stations.
The system is designed to minimize redundant data entry. Regardless of the data entry point, information is available to authorized users throughout the system. Tiburon LawRECORDS utilizes a variety of approaches to accessing information. The system provides standard inquiries within each form (e.g. name search, vehicle search, location search, incident search, etc.). In addition, Tiburon LawRECORDS provides the capability to generate ad hoc queries and reports with standard PC tools such as Microsoft Query, Microsoft Access, and Crystal Reports. This approach provides quick, easy-to-use access to the information required by law enforcement personnel.
