Each year, Tiburon hosts a User Group Conference offering training sessions, technology presentations, and product demonstrations to client attendees. The Tiburon User Group Conference (TUG) provides clients with an important vehicle for communicating and networking with other users and with Tiburon management and staff. The Conference introduces clients to product upgrades and enhancements and offers working sessions focused on specific areas of user interest.
In addition to training provided by Tiburon staff, several clients and third party partners participate in conducting sessions and demonstrations.
Tiburon encourages client participation and input through our Product Steering Committee program. The Product Steering Committees provide a forum for clients to actively participate in and provide valuable input to Tiburon’s future product development and direction.

2007 Tiburon User Group Conference

Held in Orlando, Florida in September, TUG 2007 marked the 18th annual Tiburon User Group Conference. More than 400 people, representing 175 law enforcement, fire, corrections and justice agencies, registered for the conference. Attendees had the opportunity to choose from nearly 100 different training sessions, round table discussions, and product demonstrations.
